It has been fifty years since the Špacapans took over the now most recognizable tavern in the Karst.

The restaurant is 704sqm and was built in 1970 and renovated in 2021.

An accommodation facility with rooms, a tavern, a wine cellar, a drying room, an umbrella room, a summer and herb garden. The premises were built in 1970 and renovated in 2021. It is located on a 384 m2 plot of land. It is a Karst tavern with a 50-year tradition. The size of the building is 704 m2.

On the ground floor there is a restaurant/tavern, a summer garden, a vinegar cellar and a herb garden.

In the basement area there is one of the most beautiful cellars in Slovenia. They produce traditional Karst products, which, in addition to their excellent taste and texture, are distinguished by the thousand-year-old story of our ancestors and the power of Karst nature. All products are produced exclusively in an environmentally friendly and natural way. In the basement area of the Špacapan House there is a ham and salami ripening room, in the old Karst hut there is a cheese ripening room, a wine cellar and a room for processing wine and brandy.

On the top floor there are 10 stylishly furnished rooms, which can accommodate up to 22 people. Due to lack of overnight accommodation options in Karst, the rooms are quickly occupied.

In the immediate vicinity are castles, seaside, hiking trails, a stud farm, caves, stonemasons, winemakers, cheesemakers, beekeepers and a huge amount of cultural heritage.

The plot is 384 sqm.
